Terms and Conditions

Full refunds are available up to 24 hours before your experience begins, no questions asked.

If you get in touch less than 24 hours before the experience begins, we cannot offer a refund but will do our best to transfer your ticket to the next available date if desired. 

If you cannot make it to your experience and do not get in touch in advance, either by phone or email, a date transfer cannot be offered.


If an experience is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances we will of course offer you another date or refund you in full. However, this is rare as our experiences run rain or shine.
